Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for design and release of electric machine drive and power electronics control algorithms
- Develop electric machine drive and power electronics controls specifications
- Lead engineer (with supplier) on the design and development of control strategies
- Manage and coordinate control FMEA process w/ robustness, SDS, and DVP&R
- Support P&FE and NVH teams to ensure vehicle level specifications are met
- Responsible for defining test methods and track testing

Requirements include:
M.S. or higher in Electrical Engineering with specialty in electric machine drives
Or
B.S in in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years experience developing controls for electric machine drives
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in requirements development, designing, modeling and implementing interior permanent magnet motor controls.
